OPA Event Terms and Conditions
IMPORTANT: TUCSON ATTENDEES MUST AGREE TO THE HEALTH WAIVER BELOW
WAIVER
COVID 19
Upon registration to the on-site 2022 Tucson I-Astrologer event, I certify that I will be fully informed of the latest Covid-19 pandemic status for the time of my participation in Part 1 or 2 of the event, and will be fully aware of the potential health risks involved in my participation for this on-location event.
Attendance to the event will be allowed with a negative Covid-19 rapid test, done upon arrival to Tucson, presented upon registration onsite, on April 28-29, in Tucson. Whether vaccinated or not, the absence of a negative test will prevent participation without refund.
I understand that I cannot hold OPA responsible for any health risk, that OPA may not be able to impose indoor mask mandates, but that based on current Arizona regulations, indoor masks or vaccinations are a voluntary choice. I will take full responsibility of my health and make independent decisions about protective measures.
To date (March 5, 2022) International travelers are required by law to take a negative Covid-19 viral test 72h prior to arrival on US soil.
OPA strongly recommends that both US based as well as international participants purchase a travel insurance that would specifically cover potential Covid-19 treatments and quarantine requirements.
OPA reserves the right to change its measures about Covid-19 for the event at any time, following any governmental change of status, and will inform participants of these changes. Participants will be allowed to cancel their participation for the Tucson event, with full refund, if they cannot abide to the changes – under the condition that the cancellation is done within a week after the change of policy is announced.
Unrelated cancelations, or if done outside the time frame listed, will be subject to cancellation fees.
NIGHT SKY OUTDOOR PRESENTATION
OPA is organizing two study sessions outdoors, during dark hours under the stars, on April 29 and 30, 2022. I understand that participation in these evening/pre-dawn outdoors events is optional. If I choose to attend, I will be fully responsible for my health and any potential injury that may occur during this time.
I certify that I have read, understood, and that I agree with these conditions.
I understand that by checking the acceptance box on the shopping cart, I accept and assume responsibility for any and all risks, whether or not specifically itemized herein, to include travel to and from activities and facilities, and I acknowledge that OPA (Organization for Professional Astrology), their employees or associates, (‘the retreat organizers and faculty’) shall be held harmless and blameless in the event of any mishap.
On my behalf and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, and representatives— do hereby irrevocably release ‘the retreat organizers’, their successors and assigns from any and all claims which involve any nature of injury or death or damage to persons or property that may occur as a result of my attendance or participation in this event.
The OPA team looks forward to an inspiring event and a truly wonderful community experience.[/fusion_text][/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container]
